Your students are counting on you to have the books they need available without delay. We can help make that happen. Once classes have started, reorders placed by noon will ship (or deliver if your store is local) the next business day. No more waiting for weeks for your orders to arrive!
Premium Source Publishing only accepts returns from designated Partner Bookstores. If you are unsure if your bookstore belongs to our Partner program or have questions on how to apply, please call Brittany Wimmer at 800.828.2898.
Our Partner Bookstores are eligible for 100% returns as long as the return request is submitted to us no later than 45 days past the term start date. We will reply to all requests, letting you know which titles are approved for return. Books which have been adopted by faculty for the next semester on the campus the bookstore serves will be denied for return. If for some reason the faculty member decides not to use the book or the books do not sell for some reason, a new return request may be submitted the next semester. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the return approval in order to be eligible for a credit. Once we receive the books, we will issue a credit for the total eligible amount which may to be used toward future invoices.
